About the Members of the Compute, Memory and Storage Initiative

CMSI membership comprises the entire spectrum of the storage industry - SSD manufacturers, SSD controller makers, software manufcturers, systems OEMs, and test labs. 

Our 2024 Leadership Team is Bill Martin (Samsung), Chair; Leah Schoeb (AMD), Vice Chair; and Willie Nelson (Intel), Treasurer.  You can reach them at cmsichair@snia.org. We are also honored to have  James Borden (KIOXIA), Nicolas Maigne (Micron),Scott Shadley (Solidigm),, and Steven Yuan (StorageX) on the CMSI Governing Board. We join SNIA and CMSI colleagues in mourning the untimely passing of long time CMSI Governing Board member Mark Carlson of KIOXIA.  His tribute can be read here.
