CMSI Annual Membership Levels and Dues
| Strategic Member (Voting) | $5000 annual dues |
| Member (Non-Voting) | $3000 annual dues |
| Member (Non-Voting), company annual revenue less than $5M | $1000 annual dues |
| Individual and Educational Institution Member (Non-Voting) | $300 annual dues |
