Watch Dr. Carey Yazeed's speaker reel. What a powerful example of how to showcase what you bring to the table. Even with niche audiences, groups are so diverse. It takes a lot of courage and creativity to offer something for everyone at a meaningful level. I do think that speakers are some of the few people who can change the most lives at the same time! Have you ever considered offering speaking services? If you had a chance to speak at an event, what would be your go-to topic? #conferencespeaker #motivationalspeaker

March is Women’s History Month, a time to celebrate the achievements made by women in the United States and beyond. Join us as we participate in educating ourselves with this year’s national theme: “Women Who Advocate for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.” Kimberlé Crenshaw coined the term “intersectionality” to encompass the idea that we all have varying and compounding perspectives based on our personal experiences. When talking about DEI efforts, it is important that we are thinking beyond race and nationality. Diversity can be seen, or unseen, in our physical abilities, neurological makeup, socioeconomic status, gender orientation, and so much more. In advocating for equity, diversity, and inclusion, we seek ways to support individuals of any and all combinations of these factors. Every week in March, we will highlight just a few of the incredible women who have dedicated themselves to the efforts of equal rights for women of all backgrounds.
