We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the airlines, aircraft manufacturers, suppliers, and sponsors for making this year's AEEC | AMC Conference an outstanding success. With over 500 attendees from 137 companies across 22 countries, the event was truly remarkable. The Airlines Electronic Engineering Committee (AEEC) adopted nine standards and approved four new projects for future work. Meanwhile, the Aviation Maintenance Conference (AMC) tackled 228 discussion items, resolving, and closing many of them. Watch recap video: https://lnkd.in/gCcfWvkC While we would love to tell you how productive and enjoyable the meeting was, we could not say it better than Mark Lebovitz, P.E., President and CEO of L2 Aviation: “Thrilled to be able to attend the #AEECAMC2024 by SAE Industry Technologies Consortia (ARINC Industry Activities) this week! This year's aviation events went beyond just approving standards and discussing maintenance. The symposiums on important topics such as Predictive Maintenance, World Radiocommunication Conference updates, Software Data Loading, Cybersecurity threats, Internet Protocol Suite implications, Connected Aircraft advancements, and achieving Sustainability in Aviation were insightful. A game-changer for me was AEEC's Executive Secretary Sam Buckwalter's shift to more in-depth technical discussions. The meeting agenda items focused on the "Why" behind ARINC standards/characteristics, followed by committee chairs diving into actionable details. The knowledge gained over 3 days was invaluable. Save the date! The next AEEC | AMC conference will be held in Seattle, May 11-15, 2025. Highly recommend attending! The technical sessions and social interactions are incredibly educational and engaging. In-person events foster side conversations and casual interactions that are hard to achieve in other forums. Plus, the hospitality suites are a great way to connect with colleagues!” We hope you consider joining us for next year's conference as a member, exhibitor, or sponsor.
