JLL appoints Harriet Lunney as UK DEI lead

JLL has appointed Harriet Lunney as the new UK diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) lead. Harriet joins with over 12 years of experience in driving diversity, equity, and inclusion across various areas, including recruitment, employer branding, and employee engagement.

In her most recent role at myGwork, Harriet worked with global clients to create safe workplaces and highlight them as inclusive employers, with the role allowing Harriet to establish strong connections with JLL's Building Pride along the way. This experience has equipped her with a deep understanding of the importance of DEI in fostering a positive work environment.

As the UK DEI lead, Harriet will collaborate closely with JLL’s UK Board to shape overall DEI strategies and plans across different business lines at JLL. Harriet will also play a pivotal role in developing and implementing initiatives, policies, and awareness programs that foster a diverse and inclusive culture and drive meaningful cultural change.
