PIR's proposed new registry service
Patrick:
Thank you for the letter of 6
October on the proposed new .ORG registry service.
Per our discussion, I
believe the proposed amendment to the Registry agreement as set forth in page 2
of your letter is in proper form. Also, I do not see a need to amend the current
Registry/Registrar form of agreement for PIR. PIR would, of course, give
registrars at least 30 days prior notice of the revised fee pursuant to Section
4.1 of the Registry Agreement.
Best regards,
David
