The Trusted Internet Summer School on Internet Governance and International Law, a week-long event sponsored by the Internet Society Foundation as part of its dedicated project on Satellite Internet: Trust and Data Governance. This inaugural edition is co-organized with the Global Internet Governance Academic Network (GigaNet) and kindly hosted by the University of Lodz Law School and Lodz Cyber Hub.
The summer school will be held fully residentailly residentially in Lodz, Poland, from 8 to 12 July 2024, focusing on the theme "Low Earth Orbit Satellites and Data Transfers: Ensuring a Trusted Internet." We seek to host up to 20 fully funded participants from academia, civil society, government, and business who want to deepen their understanding of new Internet infrastructures policies and regulations, international law and Internet governance.
