The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) announced today, details for the Asia Pacific (APAC) Domain Name System (DNS) Forum 2024. The hybrid event will be held at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua in Bali, Indonesia from 23–24 July 2024. Details of the event can be found on the APAC DNS Forum 2024 website.
Theme and Program
Jointly organized by ICANN and Pengelola Nama Domain Internet Indonesia (PANDI), the theme for this year's event is "Building Bridges: Strengthening Collaboration to Shape the Internet's Future." The APAC DNS Forum 2024 is expected to convene regional experts from the Internet and domain name industry to discuss the latest developments, opportunities, and challenges in the Internet and domain name marketplace.
The block schedule with key sessions is now available. The full schedule will be announced at a later date. In the lead up to the APAC DNS Forum 2024, pre-event webinars will be conducted in June and July on topics of interest in relation to the Forum's theme. Registration Open
Registration is now open for both in-person and virtual participation. A single registration provides access to all APAC DNS Forum 2024 sessions, including the pre-event webinars. Registration closes 20 July 2024 23:59 UTC.
Call for Session Proposals
Community members are invited to submit topic proposals for the virtual pre-event webinars or the on-site forum sessions. Submission details including evaluation criteria, session information, and timeline are available on the event website. The deadline for submission is 15 May 2024 23:59 UTC.

Pengelola Nama Domain Internet Indonesia (PANDI) was founded in 2006 and received redelegation from IANA as the Registry of .id in 2013.
