Great for legs and back
I have a few different types of foam rollers. With the 12 or 18 inch foam rollers I always had to reposition when I turned to the side to roll my lats or side of my legs. With this roller, it's big enough for me to adjust my body to find sore spots or tight muscles without having to stop to readjust the foam roller. Don't get me wrong, I like smaller rollers for my groin, forearms and other small body parts but my back and leg/hamstrings were a little stiff. This has helped reduce soreness and increase range of motion.

This is my first foam roller. I have been hearing about them for quite some time and finally decided to give it a shot. I did a lot of research on them and decided to go with this one because of its no frills and cheap price. I figure if I don’t like it, all is good! (I don’t like returning things that I have smashed my body across after a workout). I received this roller quickly. I promptly removed the plastic and got to rollin’. I laid on it and rolled it up and down my spine - every single one of my vertebrae popped back into place. I felt instant relief! Since I have looked up some proper ways to roll my lower back and glutes. This has changed my life for the better! Simple but very effective roller. I highly recommend.
