Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) and Intelligence Advanced Research Projects Activity (IARPA) have provided a database of quantitative values for the complex index of refraction for several liquids. These spectra consist of optical constants, n (dispersion) and k (absorption). More information on these spectra can be found in the following sources:
