Allows free distribution of It's Magic.

Protovision says:
"Protovision has released this game into the Public Domain! This means that you can download it here at no cost and completely legal."



Llamasoft - website
Jeff Minter says:
"These game images may be distributed free of charge to anyone who wants to use them on emulators. Please feel free to carry them on emulator sites or whatever. Llamasoft feels that software old enough to be running on emulators is not going to be exactly generating a huge amount of revenue, and as such the images are considered by Llamasoft to be in the public domain, and there will be *no* legal hassles if your site carries the images."



Starlight Software
Philip Taglione says:
"We are not making any money from the games, so long as that is and remains the case for other people, then as regards the distribution, then we have no problems, so long as there is no charge what so ever in any manner shape or form for the games either directly or indirectly. So letting people download the games with no charges is fine, such as selling media with the games on is not acceptable. "I'm the programmer behind the C64 version of "Hagar the Horrible" (Kingsoft, 1992). I've just dug out my old contract with Kingsoft which to my surprise (I've completely forgotten this) states that the copyright stays with me, but Kingsoft had exclusive rights for selling the title. I guess this means I'm entitled to set the game free, which I hereby do."



Beyond Reproach
"With regard to the actual games (Sexy Robot and Sexy Robot 2), you have my full permission to distribute the D64s on Lemon64 if that interests you."
