Star Trek IMAX

Last week, Lorien and I went to see the new Star Trek at the normal theater. This week, we drove over to Natick, MA and saw it at the IMAX 3D. Past the break are *SPOILERS*
WARNING: SPOILERS!!! The new movie was really good! The characters were great and the inside jokes were there from the old series (such as McCoy's "Damn it Jim, I'm a doctor...") - you can even see a tribble behind Scotty when you see him for the first time, Kirk having "relations" with a green female alien.
There was one problem I had: the changing of the Star Trek canon - now that time has been altered with Nero traveling back through the black hole (and then not fixing the timeline at the end of the movie), they are free to do anything they want. Also, now that Vulcan is destroyed, there will be no Amok Time! Oh well, still was a good movie and reboot.
