Communications of the ACM (CACM) is now a fully Open Access publication. More than six decades of CACM’s renowned research articles, seminal papers, technical reports, commentaries, real-world practice, and news articles are open to all. Read the offical release on the new CACM website.

The new open access (OA) publishing model for ICPS applies to all conferences for which the formal Call for Papers is posted on the conference website on or after January 1, 2024. No production fees or optional open access fees will be charged to organizers. ACM's partnership with Charlesworth has extended to include WeChat marketing services to promote ACM Open to authors in China.
