Registration: Register here through RegOnline.  Early registration is until December 10.  Also note the hotel discount and deadline (see below). On-site registration is available Saturday night at the reception and Sunday morning. Please note that all attendees are expected to register, and that member numbers are needed to apply ACM/IEEE member discounts.

Rates for early registration (USD):   full-time student – $130      ACM/IEEE member – $280      nonmember – $380

Late registration:   full-time student – $180      ACM/IEEE member – $350      nonmember – $450

Getting to Princeton: directions are available here  for arrival by plane, train, and automobile.

Hotel: If you plan to come to the workshop and need a hotel room, we suggest that you reserve a room at the Nassau Inn as soon as possible (1-800-862-7728). Please use workshop Booking ID 18401 under the ITCS Conference–the special rate is $140/night plus tax ($10.95/night for internet, $20/day for parking).  This rate will only be available if you book over the phone and not online! The cutoff date is Wednesday December 11, 2013. Extra check-in charges will be applied for early and late arrivals, if the hotel is not notified in advance of your need to do so.

Venue: the conference, including the reception, will be held at the Fields Center of Princeton University.  (This is a short distance from the Computer Science building.)  The Fields Center can be located on Google Maps and on the campus map.

Day Parking:  Visitors to the University may use its Lot 21.  Please note that this is a 15 minute walk from the venue.  Overnight parking is not permitted; for this, there are private garages close to Nassau Street.  An overview of parking in the town of Princeton is found here; lot D on the map is recommended, and lot J is available after 5pm.

Things to do in Princeton:  Check out Sanjeev’s recommendations.  Also see here for restaurants.  E-quad Cafe is very close to the venue, and nearby Small World Coffee serves the best coffee in town; there are many restaurants on the same block as Small World.

Graduating bits: ITCS invites graduate-student attendees in their final year of studies, as well as postdocs on the job market, to give a 5-minute talk describing their research interests and achievements.  (Individuals can speak at Graduating Bits without registering for ITCS, but note that all other ITCS events are only for registered attendees.)  To sign up, please email contact.itcs2014@gmail.com by December 27 with the subject line “grad bits signup”.  Update: See the planned list of speakers.
