http://schema.org/Place
... the last example:
"Top 5 covers of Bob Dylan Songs..."
... does not employ schema.org/Place or a more specific type of schema.org/Place.

Which means the "last example" should really be referred to as "the last pieces of code" since it's not an example. :)
