Describe the issue

I don't understand how it's possible to request an in-person interim meeting that lasts more than 5 hours on multiple days.

The tool returns an error if one requests more than 300 minutes on a single session, so I have to split individual days into a morning and an afternoon session.

The tool also returns an error if days are not consecutive, so two sessions on the same day also returns an error.

What is the proper way to request an in-person interim with ~7 hours of meetings per day?

if this an easy fix, I'll just wait. If it will take more than a few days, I'll just request four separate interims.

Request it as four separate interims.

The use-case for day-long in-person interims, especially on multiple days (and absolutely especially if the days are not sequential) is not addressed. Note also that there is a max length for sessions if you're using meetecho that is (IIRC ~4hrs).

Can we add a note to the interim scheduling page that says something like "Interims should be <= four hours; use multiple meetings if needed" ?
