I doubt if such functionality belongs to this tool.
And if, then I think a "iscctld()" would be more useful, though 2 chars is pretty clear.
In 10 years from now you don't remember -or care- whether .travel or .jobs were new TLD's or not, among all the other 2nd, 3th, etc. generations of future new TLD's.

Well might implement them as generic lookup functions, with data loaded from files or other databases, so that you can correlate against what ever you want.
