#EASA has just unveiled the latest update to its Innovative Air Mobility (IAM) Hub, focusing on PRIVACY concerns in the realm of air taxis and drones. Since its launch in December 2023, the #IAMHub has been the go-to digital space for all stakeholders involved in advancing air taxi and drone services across Europe. We are addressing citizen concerns identified in the societal acceptance study by providing guidance on how operators can manage privacy concerns and adhere to EU privacy regulations. Release 2 marks a significant step forward in advancing safe and responsible innovation in the air mobility sector while prioritising the privacy rights of citizens. This week is #EASA Safety Week – looking ahead to another busy summer of operations. We held 8 webinars covering different domains and topics. The key take-aways are: ➡ Safe at heart - #Safety is more than a priority, it is a core value at the heart of everything we do in aviation, make this a reality and not just some nice words.   ➡ Focus on your risks - Look ahead to identify the key risks you are likely to face this summer. From our analysis and risk management, two key Safety Issues include GNSS signal manipulation leading to navigation or surveillance degradation and management of fatigue.  ➡ We are all in this together - Work closely across organisations, roles and job functions to help identify and mitigate risks collaboratively.
