Summary: Has a BLOCK. Has enough positions to pass once BLOCK positions are resolved.
Ballot question: "Is this charter ready for external review?"
In this revised scope, the following sentence appears to be the only one scoping bounds of or describing what will be done: "The ASDF WG will develop these extensions by working with experts from OneDM and its contributing organizations to extend SDF to cover aspects such as digital twin, mapping to other IoT SDOs, and gateway interactions translating between IP and other transports." -- Is _any_ "digital twin" in scope? -- ASDF will now support _any_ extensions from "other IoT SDOs"? -- Is "gateway interactions translating between IP and other transports" is this a data model issue or a protocol? Is it possible to narrow the scope at all?

Since these extensions to the base specification, see no reason to object to it.
Supporting Roman's block.
The charter seems quite open, i.e., no bounded scope per `to cover aspects such as`; I read this as the list is not limiting. Should IOTOPS WG also be listed as a partner to work with ?
