I have an account as Helpdesk admin and custom read authorization .
I can access the Sophos central but not in the Firewalls under SC firewall management.
Any comment would be appreciated.

Thank you for reaching out to the Sophos Community Forum.
You must have an Admin or Super Admin role in Sophos Central to access your firewalls through Sophos Central. More details can also be found in the following article:
