Brenda Brewer:any moment will have audio.

  Avri Doria:thanks

Cheryl Langdon-Orr (CLO) ALAC AP-Region:I will stick to just AC Access for this call Brenda

  Klaus Stoll:Hi! Can't hear anything

  Jordan Carter (co-rapporteur, .nz):hi everyone

Jordan Carter (co-rapporteur, .nz):avri: that was heard :D

  Philip Corwin:5316 # is mine

  Brenda Brewer:Thank you Phil!

Klaus Stoll:Is no sound my problem. If yes, I will  connect again

Jordan Carter (co-rapporteur, .nz):yes Klaus it must be

Brenda Brewer:The sound is working fine Klaus

  Klaus Stoll:OK, now

Jordan Carter (co-rapporteur, .nz):I lost Avri sound - did anyone else?

  Alan Greenberg:Lost Avri?

  Jeff Neuman:yep

  John Curran:audio isn't

  Cheryl Langdon-Orr (CLO) ALAC AP-Region:Audio

John Curran:This Internet is unreliable.  We should start a new one.   ;-)

  Cheryl Langdon-Orr (CLO) ALAC AP-Region::-)

Cheryl Langdon-Orr (CLO) ALAC AP-Region:that will be fine Avri

  Jeff Neuman:Do we mean KPIs?

Jordan Carter (co-rapporteur, .nz):key performance areas

  Jeff Neuman:Key Performance INdicators

  Jordan Carter (co-rapporteur, .nz):v indicators

Jordan Carter (co-rapporteur, .nz):the indicators measure the areas

  Jordan Carter (co-rapporteur, .nz):generally :)

Jordan Carter (co-rapporteur, .nz):note - theere is another slide of issues to work on too

Jordan Carter (co-rapporteur, .nz):this isn't the whole list

Alan Greenberg:My hand is old even when I have just raised it.

Cheryl Langdon-Orr (CLO) ALAC AP-Region:Well Alan (and you and I) can certainly be classed as "old hands" in ICANN context in a number of ways  ;-)

Jeff Neuman:@Cheryl, I can be classified that way as well, but I still believe I am young at heart

Jordan Carter (co-rapporteur, .nz):the slides were basically off that background note wher epeople added stuff

Jordan Carter (co-rapporteur, .nz):+43 is which country?

Alan Greenberg:438 is Quebec City. Bernie?

Jordan Carter (co-rapporteur, .nz):but that would be +1438

  Jordan Carter (co-rapporteur, .nz):wouldn't it?

  Klaus Stoll:+43 is Austria

Alan Greenberg:I think North American numbers just show up as a 10-digit number. Or not...

John Curran:Who is the staff lead for supporting this subgroup?

Cheryl Langdon-Orr (CLO) ALAC AP-Region:Thx Sam

Berry Cobb:For the group, I assist the GNSO Policy team, and only observing this track as well as the other 8 tracks.

Brenda Brewer:Karen Mulberry is staff lead for Staff Acct subgroup

Cheryl Langdon-Orr (CLO) ALAC AP-Region:No Klaus +61 is Aus

Alan Greenberg:Sorry,  438 is Montreal, not Quebec CIty.

  Klaus Stoll:+43 Austria not Australia

Cheryl Langdon-Orr (CLO) ALAC AP-Region:I support that approach Avri

Jordan Carter (co-rapporteur, .nz):i'm happy to jot a note like that

Cheryl Langdon-Orr (CLO) ALAC AP-Region:Klaus  a commen mix up from lists :-)

Jordan Carter (co-rapporteur, .nz):and pop it on the list

Jordan Carter (co-rapporteur, .nz):we don't have any ICANN Board members as participants?

Samantha Eisner:@Jordan, there are assigned Board liaisons.  You should expect their participation in future meetings

Jordan Carter (co-rapporteur, .nz):oh great Sam - who is ours?

Jeff Neuman:@Avri - you were not alone in not knowing how many days that was

  Samantha Eisner:I'm checking

Cheryl Langdon-Orr (CLO) ALAC AP-Region:I am ok with fortnightly

Samantha Eisner:George is the lead liason, with Ram Mohan as the backup

Jordan Carter (co-rapporteur, .nz):it must be a UK english term.

Brenda Brewer:Board Liaisons are listed on wiki page here:  https://community.icann.org/x/mhWOAw

Cheryl Langdon-Orr (CLO) ALAC AP-Region:if that is where we are then it can still look at validation by Hyderabad, but accept some more follow on to run beyond to Copenhagan

Jordan Carter (co-rapporteur, .nz):in the end, some of these topics have to be done in Hyderabad

  Cheryl Langdon-Orr (CLO) ALAC AP-Region:Audio

Jordan Carter (co-rapporteur, .nz):and ours is among the simpler of the list

Cheryl Langdon-Orr (CLO) ALAC AP-Region:Yup Jeff we heard that fomally back in ATRT1 as well

Jordan Carter (co-rapporteur, .nz):in the end it's an incentives choice

Jordan Carter (co-rapporteur, .nz):if 50% of the CEO's KPA/KPI rating comes to this, and that flows down through managemnt, and there's a simple and effective approach to dealing with complaints, this will work.

Jordan Carter (co-rapporteur, .nz):beyond that, complexity is limitless and there is always "more that can be done"

Jeff Neuman:I need to drop to chair the next call :)  See some of you there

Cheryl Langdon-Orr (CLO) ALAC AP-Region:Allow to be flexible to get the rotation IMO  as long as it is predicted and invited well in advance

Jordan Carter (co-rapporteur, .nz):i'm happy to go with whatever in terms of dates times AS LONG as there is full rotation. Fortnightly fine for now and if we need more calls we can?

Cheryl Langdon-Orr (CLO) ALAC AP-Region:Got to go to my next call now  Sorry  Bye for now

  Karen Mulberry:Thank you!

  Klaus Stoll:Thanks Bye

  Jordan Carter (co-rapporteur, .nz):bye all
