Whereas, ICANN has received a request for delegation of ?? , encoded as "xn--j6w193g", to Hong Kong Internet Registration Corporation Limited as a country-code top-level domain.

Whereas, ?? is a string that has successfully completed the string evaluation portion of the IDN ccTLD Fast Track process.
